The smooth and generous 450 ft shoreline with 12 ftdock is perfect for boating, fishing and swimming. Infact it is a mere 20-25 meters swim to a small island across the cottage.

Manitoulin Island is dotted with 108 small lakes amidst the landscape of the Precambrian forest. Lake Manitou is the biggest and deepest spring fed, crystal clear lake on the Island abounding with fresh water fish.

Overlooking the Lake Manitou, the 768 sq. ft. cottage compliments acreage of wooded lot, ideal for families looking to take a break from the hustle, bustle of the city. The smooth and generous 450 ft shoreline with 12 ft dock is perfect for boating, fishing and swimming. Infact it is a mere 20-25 meters swim to a small island across the cottage.

The cottage itself is secluded deep into the property following a kilometer long private road.

It is a cozy 2-bedroom (double occupancy rooms) cottage (with 1 queen size bed, 1 futon and 2 single beds) one full bath, a living area (TV, couch, chair and table), a Florida room overlooking the shoreline (includes 2 rocking chairs and a game table), and fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, fridge, utensils etc.). To keep evenings cozy there is an oil space heater as well.

The sunset view is ideal for evening BBQs and a picnic bench is provided.

Please note as a country to the friendly neighborhood, loud music is not allowed after 10:00 pm. Pets are welcome, however please ensure to bring them bedding.
Smoking is not permitted within the cottage.
