Rental info
Preferably on a monthly basis, however weekly rentals are also
welcomed.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. In case of
cancellations (received 90 days ahead of arrival date), 20% of
deposited amount is refunded.
The balance of the rental amount is payable 10 working days ahead of
arrival date. A housekeeping deposit of CDN 150 is also required
(along with the deposit amount) to ensure no damage to cottage,
property and equipment / crockery etc. The CDN 150 deposit is fully
refundable (in case of no damage) within 10 working days.
Payment is in the form of certified cheques, bank deposits, cash or
cheque. Any bounced cheques will be charged with a CDN 50 fee.
We request that you bring your own towels, sheets, blankets and
pillowcases.
As a courtesy to the next tenant, please ensure that the cottage is
clean and tidy as received. All cleaning material is provided.
Otherwise CDN 50 of the housekeeping deposit will be taken into
account for cleaning fees.
